(More customer reviews)The interior waterproof liner started peeling up within 2 months. I contacted Icon via email and was given the "whoops, sorry! Thanks for supporting Icon!" speech with no customer service follow up at all, even when I tracked down quality control via telephone. The color is adorable, a perfect bright pink, but I cannot use it any longer because it cannot be washed it due to the peeling liner.
Not only would I not buy this product again, I avoid Icon altogether now.

Too many good brands with warranties and quality workmanship exist to settle for a shoddy product. RKA luggage in CA makes custom packs in any of 30 colors, incl. pink, and they stand behind their products. They're $40 more, but WORTH IT!!

InStep Safari Swivel Double Jogging Stroller Review

(More customer reviews)I got this stroller a few weeks ago and have walked plenty with it. It is so easy to maneuver and push.It is so agile!The seat backs do lay back a bit, which is a little weird for my almost 3 yr old, but is fine for my 6 monther.I had my heart set on the BOB duallie, but with a $500 price, it wasn't an option, this is a fine alternative.THe color combo is awesome-and the swivel wheel is incredible.I will never buy a jogging stroller without a swivel wheel after using this one!!It is a tad on the heavy side when folded, but it is still doable-

I do have some suggestions for InStep though, if anyone from there is reading my review!:

1.If you are going to continue to make a sun shade, at least make one that is functional that will actually
provide shade!!No sense wasting money producing the current shade version, it is practically useless.Charge a few bucks more and make a great one (I have a BOB single stroller and the shade is incredible!!!)

and

2.Provide some type of mesh pocket within the child's seat for them to put a water bottle/snack etc.There is great parent storage under this stroller-but nothing for the kids to utilize! (I ended up strapping the little parent console part onto to the bar in front of the kids so that my toddler can keep her snack there. It is an ok solution-but now I have nothing, and often her snacks/cups fall out.)

(More customer reviews)I was in love with this skybox as it specially fits the Suburu Outback & I travel up & down California a lot for work.I had the top fly offwhile driving 65mph with people behind - no one was hurt - thankfully.It was potentially deadly.Luckily just humilating picking up ones underwear along the center divide of a major freeway with the CHP standing by.I lost unopened wedding presents, favorite sweaters, you name it.I love & depend on that skybox so much that I wanted to think I had made a mistake. I always pull it closed until the lock swings parrallel on its own.I never force it closed because I was warned it could look latched but not be truly locked. However, both my fiance & i examined the locks.The locks were still in locked position when we looked at the pieces. Horrible.If I wasnt getting married next week I'd have gone on a rampage.Such a shame. Those things are timebombs. I wont even drive behind one anymore.

(More customer reviews)I use these for my commute to work each day, they're pretty handy and hold a decent amount.I pack a change of clothes, different shoes, lunch, an ipod, and a few other miscellaneous things without even utilizing their full capacity.The are easy to mount to any luggage rack on a mountain bike, simply clip it on and you go.My one complaint is that if I hit rough pavement too fast they have come off as the only have clips that sit on the edge of the rack and an elastic cord to hook onto the sides by the wheels.I've gotten around this by using plastic ties to ensure that if they come loose they won't detach from the bike.It would be nice if they fastened more securely, however.

(More customer reviews)This product is OK for the price.All parts were included, instructions were good, this system raises my kayak as claimed.If I did this again, I would consider paying a higher price for a higher quality system that might include ball bearings to reduce the high force needed to raise my 50 lb kayak, better quality rope that does not abraid after only a few uses, and adjustable straps so the Kayak could be more easily raised to the ceiling without a long distance from the hooks to the kayak due to long straps.

(More customer reviews)Bought this a few weeks ago for my '97 Ninja 600.Fits fairly well, but the back does not make it all the way to the ground (about 6 inches short).I think this would be a problem with any sport bike.

Bottom line, it keeps the rain off and has bungees to hook across the bottom so the cover doesn't get blown off.Has a storage pouch sewn to the inside of the cover which is a nice touch because I'd probably lost it otherwise.

Would have given it 5 stars if the back was a few inches taller.

Thule 400xtr Rapid Aero Rack Complete for Gutterless Car Roof Rack Review

(More customer reviews)I have to admit that this rack system is the best that is out there. The Aero rack looks stronger than Thule's cheaper square cross bars orYakima's round cross bars.The rubber strip along the top is perfect for keeping things from sliding around. I got this rack for use with my old aluminium heavy duty canoe that must weighabout 75 lbs, the Aero racks are rated for up to 165 lbs load which is the same rating as for the square load bars. Being aluminium, there is no risk of rust and the Aero cross section of the racks does seem to cut wind noise. On my Prius I didn't bother with Thule's Fairing wind deflector, and I don't miss it. I also didn't get the lock set, which since the foot clamps are covered by the car doors when closed, the rack would not be easy to remove. So the locks give little added security. For canoes, don't bother with Thule's canoe carrier, it only works with the square bar racks. I made that mistake, but I did find that the rubber strip on the top of Aero rack eliminates the need for the brackets to hold the canoe in place anyway. Loading my heavy canoe was easy, I put it over my head and placed one side on the top of the racks and then slide the canoe onto the rack, then center it.I did use the straps from the canoe kit which do a great job of securing the canoe to the racks. The canoe carrier kit only came with two road tie downs, hauling a canoe really requires four, so I had to buy two more. You can get better straps and quick release rope tie downs at a local store for about half the money Thule will charge you, so skip the canoe carrier set unless you buy a Thule square rack. Which makes this rack set nearly all inclusive, just buy two straps and four quick release tie downs locally, and you are all set.

One note, I did have a thrumming noise when I first used this rack, but it turned out that I had twisted the straps when I put them over the top of the canoe, once I untwisted them so they laid flat, the noise was gone.

The seller will call you to find out what type of car the rack will be used on, so they can supply the correct fit kit and if the Aero feet sold with this rack will work with your car.

(More customer reviews)The Yakima SKS accessory lock housing does one thing and does it very well......it secures your accessories to your rack so that people cannot walk off with them.This is a very inexpensive way to secure your expensive rack hardware.

If ever there was a "must have", this is it.The locks themselves are necessary for peace of mind, and work easily. Although I think these should be included by Yakima when you buy an expensive bike or kayak rack, but that is another issue altogether.

Thule Ascent 1600 Roof Top Box 2011 Review

(More customer reviews)I just used this carrier on a 1600-mile round trip from northern Illinois to North Carolina (on a 2005 Astro Van).On the return trip (September 14), we went through extreme hurricane force winds (aftermath from Hurricane Ike) of 75 MPH from all directions in Louisville, KY.The wind downed trees on the interstate, but the carrier held firmly and no rain entered despite an incredible amount of buffeting due to the winds.I was concerned that the sideways and up-and-down effects of severe buffeting might loosen the grips on the crossbar, but the grips were as tight when I arrived home as they were when I left home.I saw two top carriers that had separated from their vehicles and had been run over on I-65...that's how bad the wind was.

When I first got it it fit up well, but one of the saddles that sits on the cross rail broke.I called Thule customer service and they were very nice.They immediately sent four new saddles and said that I must have received one of their earlier units that had substandard saddles.They apparently discovered this recently and were very accommodating.I appreciate their fine customer service, although I am glad I had time to get the saddles before my trip.Suggest that you make certain that you have the most recent saddles.
