(More customer reviews)This product is without question "awesome". I can load my bikes and pull my kayak trailer at the same time. My only problem was the lock for the bikes. I cannot get mine to lock. This is a minor issue but none the less a issue.If you have a SUV and need to get in the back, no problem the bikes can be lowered down so you can open the hatch. You only have to be strong enough to lower the bikes.
