(More customer reviews)The rack takes a bit of time to properly assemble as the instructions are less than perfect.A brief video of instructions on the Thule website would be appreciated.Note: the washers in diagram #4 for attaching the molded wheel trays to the spars were not included and do not exist per a Thule customer service representative.The rack is very easy to use and quite secure.It baffles me as to the high cost given the admittedly quality materials and technology.
